At Planet X, we want to ensure your gear helps you reach peak performance; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Planet X account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique RMA number.
Prepare the Gear
Place the unused equipment or apparel back in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
